Two-ingredient dough

 I have been using the 2-ingredient dough for making pizza dough since 2013 when I found it on Pinterest.  I started using it for making other things last year.   Cinnamon rolls and bagels are two things I have tried.  I have a picture tutorial on how I have made the dough.  Use 1 cup of self rising flour and 1 cup of fat free plain Greek yogurt.  Stir them together in a bowl................  Keep stirring until you have a ball......  Now for the cinnamon rolls........ roll out into a rectangle.................  I spray lightly with I can't believe it's not Butter!  Spread a mixture of ¼ cup Sukrin Gold (brown sugar substitute) and 1 tsp cinnamon. Roll up and cut into 12 pieces. Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and flatten and add an egg wash. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.  After you take them out of the oven and while they are still warm.... add a mixture of ¼ cup Swerve confection sugar and 1 tsp vanilla and a tiny bit of water.
