Two-ingredient dough

I have been using the 2-ingredient dough for making pizza dough since 2013 when I found it on Pinterest.  I started using it for making other things last year.
Cinnamon rolls and bagels are two things I have tried.  I have a picture tutorial on how I have made the dough.
Use 1 cup of self rising flour and 1 cup of fat free plain Greek yogurt.
Stir them together in a bowl................
Keep stirring until you have a ball......
Now for the cinnamon rolls........ roll out into a rectangle.................
I spray lightly with I can't believe it's not Butter!
Spread a mixture of ¼ cup Sukrin Gold (brown sugar substitute) and 1 tsp cinnamon.
Roll up and cut into 12 pieces.
Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and flatten and add an egg wash.
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
After you take them out of the oven and while they are still warm....
add a mixture of ¼ cup Swerve confection sugar and 1 tsp vanilla and a tiny bit of water.
Brush on each roll.  The following is a photo of those delicious rolls just out of the oven with the frosting just applied!!
Each one is WW 1sp.

There is a video on You Tube for making these by weightwatcher.wifey - Marianne

For the bagels..........
Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each one in long ropes and join the ends.
Top with egg wash and sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel seasoning.
Place on parchment paper on cookie sheet and bake 400° for 20 minutes.
Each bagel is WW 3 sp

Enjoy..........

Smiles and hugs....Caryl
