summer challenge

  • MOVE MORE
  • walk 30 minutes
  • fitbit active minutes
  • hourly activity
  • FitPoints
  • step goal
  • Blue dot at least 20 each month
  • Journaling every day     
  1. MAKE GOOD CHOICES     
  2. CELEBRATE NSV
  3. CRUSH ONE SUMMER GOAL   
The power of having goals AND writing them down AND tracking progress is sooooo
MOTIVATING!!!
