End of summer challenge


The summer challenge has ended and the photo above shows the pages all filled in.  I have charts all filled in also that I kept a running log of accountability of the goals I had for the challenge.

My main focus was to MOVE MORE....and I did keep working on that the whole time.  I filled in each day because I was mindful of everything I wanted to accomplish.  I did journal every single day about my day of eating and exercise, etc.

I compared my totals to last year's summer challenge and my blue dots were exactly the same!  I had 6 less daily points only days.  But I had 24 more days of 30 minutes of exercise and 20 more days of my fitbit 30 minutes active than last summer.  I started paying attention to the fitbit red dots and trying to get over 250 steps as many hours during the day as possible. 

But I did gain 2.4#....last summer I gained 2.0#  It is disappointing but I am a slow loser and my weight loss has been stalled for a lot of months!  I would gain all the weight back if I didn't keep tracking and being mindful. 

Will I keep joining challenges........for sure I will......I need the push!!
